This is to make local residents aware of an appeal by Guppys Yard to the Secretary of State regarding use of land for breaking of waste metal, storage of scrap and distribution of waste metal from the site. Appeal ref: APP/D1265/X/20/3260188

Please do not confuse this appeal with a previous appeal by Guppys Yard regarding the change of use of land for the importation, deposit, processing and recycling of waste materials including construction and demolition waste. This is a completely separate appeal.
